Height clearance for the garage is 6 feet 5 inches.
A Zipcar is also located in the 1201Third garage and is available for Tenants’ use. Tenants who bike to work can request access to a locked bicycle storage area and the building's shower facilities. There are four electric vehicle charging stations on Level B of the garage operated by SemaConnect.
The garage entrance is accessible from Seneca Street, between Third and Second Avenues.
Payment for parking is by credit or debit card only; cash is not accepted.
Vehicles must arrive between 5:00 and 9:00 a.m. and exit between 2:00 and 8:00 p.m. to receive Early Bird Rate. Rate subject to change.
