Security officers are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Contact Security directly at 206-224-1203 to report suspicious activity or to request assistance.
For life-threatening emergencies call 911, then notify Security at 206-224-1203 so they can be prepared to direct emergency responders to the correct location.
Lost and Found
Please report any lost or missing items to Security or the Property Management office. Items found on the premises are kept in the Property Management office for 30 days, then destroyed, donated or disposed of depending on the nature of the item.
Soliciting and Loitering
Canvassing, soliciting, peddling and loitering are not allowed within the building. If you are approached by a solicitor of any kind, or if you observe an individual engaged in such activities, notify Security at 206-224-1203 immediately.
Stairwells
The stairwell doors are self-locking. A stairwell access card is required to access floors via the stairwells on floors where card readers are installed. For information regarding access, please have the Tenant representative call the Property Management office.
